Welcome to Trinity!

I am so glad you have chosen to visit our church’s website. Trinity Baptist Church is a vibrant and growing family of faith. Our church was formed in 1956 by a small group of Christians in what would someday become the North Hills area of Raleigh. During our history God has blessed us beyond measure, and we have had the opportunity to welcome thousands of people into our fellowship. Now we sense God is doing something new in our church.

As the North Hills area of Raleigh is experiencing transformation so our church is transforming into the community of faith that can continue to be a place of community and service to North Hills (Midtown), North Raleigh, the Triangle, and the World.

Trinity is an intergenerational congregation that values worship, fellowship, spiritual formation, ministry, and missions. At Trinity you will find a warm welcome and an authentic concern for you and for others. We wanted to share an opportunity that many churches have during the summer, and we do too! Vacation Bible School, or VBS as we call it, is a time for our children at Trinity and our community to learn Bible truths from stories in the Bible, engage in Fun, hand-on activities like games, recreation, crafts and Bible study. We also use catchy music with interactive hand motions to reinforce our 2024 VBS beach theme "Life Wise". Our prayer is that our children walk away from VBS with a new or deeper relationship with Jesus, tools to help them follow Him better, and new friendships.

A few details:

Our dates this year are June 12-14 from 6pm-8pm.

Our VBS is for ages 4 (as of 8.31.23) through 5th grade

How does VBS at TBC Work?

1. Each day parents will check their child in at a check-in station located the Narthex just outside of the sanctuary

2. We begin all together in our sanctuary with a worship rally which includes songs and getting familiar with our theme for the day.

3. Each age group then rotates through the activities that include music crafts, snack, recreation, missions and Bible study.

Friday, March 29th, is our Good Friday Luncheon & Service. Lunch will be soups and salads, and will begin at 12pm, followed by a service in the Fellowship Hall. There is no cost for this meal, but donations are accepted!
