The Women’s Ministry of Trinity Baptist Church connects women from all generations through Bible study, prayer, encouragement, fellowship and service that will help women experience a life of joy and fulfillment that comes from a relationship with Jesus Christ.

Our Women’s Ministry provides weekly activities and special programs that allow women to grow in their faith as together they study God’s Word, minister to our community, and foster interpersonal relationships beyond their Sunday morning experience.

An 8-Session Study On 2 Corinthians

The city of ancient Corinth was much like our own modern-day cities: a melting pot of electrifying cultural experiences to be had, along with the myriad pitfalls of spiritual depravity. Still, Paul wrote to the Church of God in Corinth – meaning God’s Church is meant to thrive in any city and every circumstance in which we find ourselves. Paul’s letter is as timely as ever.

Over 8 sessions, Kelly Minter will lead you through the Letter of 2 Corinthians, exploring the anchoring truths of bearing treasures in jars of clay, meeting Christ through a pressing thorn, opening wide your heart in the midst of hurtful relationships, and what it means to embrace the lost and lonely as ministers of the new covenant. Each of us has a message to proclaim and live by: Because of Jesus the old has gone, the new has come.

Thursday Night Women’s Monthly Book Club

Trinity’s Monthly Book Club is a fellowship opportunity for those who enjoy reading.  We read a chosen novel individually and meet the 3rd Thursday night of the month to discuss the book.  Together, we will discuss the characters, theme, and personal experiences related to the book as we deepen our relationships with fellow women.  Books can be picked up approximately five weeks prior to the discussion meeting.

Christmas Unwrapped

Fellowship Hall- 6:00 to 8:30 PM

You’re invited to join the women of Trinity for dinner and a time of devotion as we present Christmas Unwrapped, an interactive experience to discover the importance of thinking inside the box this Christmas.  We’re opening presents early to reveal insights and inspirations for celebrating Christmas from the inside out.

Speaker Dale R. Lewis, a personal and professional development consultant, will help us incorporate ideas for purposeful preparations, curated celebrations, and meaningful moments to acknowledge God’s greatest gift to us – Christ.

So, if you’re feeling the need to do something different this Christmas to celebrate the birth of our Lord and Savior, let us help you to unwrap some special inside-the-box options and you just might experience your best Christmas ever!

Donations for dinner will be accepted with any excess funds to be donated to North Raleigh Ministries.

Parents Night Out

The Women’s Ministry is hosting a Parents’ Night Out on December 1, 2017.  This is a unique opportunity for husbands and wives to spend a few hours with their spouse without having to worry about arranging care for their children. This ‘night out’ will provide parents with the opportunity to shop for Christmas, gather with friends, or simply delight in time together as a couple.  Children ages 2 through 5th grade will enjoy hearing the Christmas story, and participating in age-appropriate Christmas themed activities.  A snack will be provided.

Registration for this event will run October 27 through November 23, 2017, and can be done online or by calling the church office.  Please note: in order to provide the adequate child to adult ratio for each age group, NO LATE REGISTRATIONS WILL BE ACCEPTED.  To volunteer to help with this event, please contact Misty Deyo or the church office.
