SUMMARY:TBC Cares to Host Lunch for Oak City Cares
DESCRIPTION:Oak City Cares is a hub for connecting individuals and families\, who are at risk of\, or are experiencing homelessness\, to coordinated services that create a path to stable housing and renewed hope. \nEach weekend\, through the generosity of volunteers\, Oak City Cares provides breakfast and lunch to their guests. \nOn Sunday\, October 5th\, TBC Cares will provide lunch to 250+ guests. Johnny Glover and his team will prepare the meal at TBC for us. Volunteers are needed to serve the meal and to help distribute clothing items. \nIf you are not able to serve on site\, you can donate items for lunch. If you’re not a shopper\, financial donations are welcome. \nYour check needs to be payable to TBC with TBC Cares/Oak City Cares on the memo line. \nQuestions? Please contact Brenda Lowrance. \n\n\n\n\n\nIf you are not a shopper\, donations are welcomed for items needed for the luncheon. Click here to see what items are still needed.
