Sponsored by Senior Adult Ministry and Proshred. \nWhat to Bring \n\nThis event is a great opportunity to safely dispose of papers that contain personal or sensitive information\, including:\nOld federal and state tax returns and supporting documents\n\n\nEmployment or retirement records containing Social Security.\nMedicare\, or insurance details\nBank\, credit union\, and other financial institution statements\n\n\nUtility\, phone\, cable\, or internet bills\nCredit card or department store monthly statements\nBusiness or medical records that include sensitive account information\n\nWhat Not to Bring \nItems such as magazines\, newspapers\, junk mail\, or publications that only show your name and address are not necessary to shred and should be recycled at home.

SUMMARY:Kentucky Mission Trip
DESCRIPTION:Come be part of something that matters! \nThis August\, we will return to McCreary County\, Kentucky\, one of the poorest counties in the United States\, to serve alongside NC Baptist on Missions’ Appalachian Coalfields Ministries. This trip is an opportunity to meet real needs\, build relationships\, and share the love of Christ in a community facing deep hardship. \nThere are two ways to serve: \n1) The Lord’s Café Team- Serve alongside Crossroads Community Baptist Church at The Lord’s Café\, a free restaurant that helps care for people in a community facing serious food insecurity. This ministry is about more than a meal. It is about offering dignity\, compassion\, prayer\, and the love of Christ. \n2) Construction Team- Serve at The Light Community in Strunk\, Kentucky\, a transitional housing community helping people rebuild their lives with safety\, purpose\, and hope in Christ. The work being done there is helping create a place where lives can begin again.
