A Celebration of Teamwork
I just want to take a minute to say how proud I am of the Fall Fest Team and how they embodied the word “teamwork” for this year’s Fall Fest! Rhonda G., Molly & Trevor K., Sarah A., Allison McG., Sally M., and Stephanie Tr. just worked seamlessly to cover the planning details to make this event so fun! Working beside them is a privilege, and I look forward to our time together to celebrate fall with you and our community. And then, I must not forget the spouses—so much support!
Fall Fest 2025: What a Day!
Fall Fest 2025!! WOW! So much fun as 680 hotdogs (thank you Betty, John, Johnny, and Jeff) were cooked and eaten along with the fixins—thank you, Tom A., for the homemade chili! Nachos, apples with caramel, and so much candy for grade schoolers (plus prizes and snacks for preschoolers) made the day sweet for everyone. Cotton candy, sno cones, and popcorn were enjoyed by all ages!
Gratitude for Volunteers
But honestly, I just cannot give enough praise to the volunteers—from the beginning, the ones who donated candy and cakes or sweets, to the ones who interacted with our community at Fall Fest, the ones who encouraged the children in games, and the ones who were excited when a child came to their game and just showered them with encouragement and excitement.
To the ones who stood serving food, the ones who prepared the food early in the day, and the ones who stayed or came late to clean up—YOU make Fall Fest fun! YOU are the difference makers! I am SUPER grateful for each and every volunteer and your gift of service for Fall Fest. Thank you!
Looking Ahead
Come join us next year, either again, or for the first time!
