About Us

At Trinity Baptist Weekday Preschool, we believe preschool should be a place where children are encouraged to grow and to learn within a safe and nurturing Christian environment. We seek to provide children with Christian teachers who have a good understanding of the abilities and needs of young children and who are committed to the ongoing process of learning more about your young children and the field of early childhood education.

School Year Overview

Our school year runs from September to May, offering a comprehensive and enriching curriculum that caters to the developmental needs of our students. During this period, we focus on providing a well-rounded education that includes activities for areas of development. Our dedicated staff work tirelessly to create a nurturing and supportive environment for all children. In addition, our children participate in Chapel on Wednesday.

It is important to note that we operate in accordance with the Wake County Public School schedule; unless otherwise noted, our teacher workdays, holidays, delays, and closings will mimic theirs. All families will receive a calendar at the beginning of the school year.

Summer Camp

We offer six standalone weeks of summer camp for students enrolled during the school year. The summer camp typically starts in June and concludes at the end of July. Each week is filled with exciting activities and themes to keep students entertained and engaged. Our qualified staff provide a safe and enjoyable environment for all participants. We encourage families to sign up early, as spots in the camp are limited and tend to fill quickly.

Registration for the Upcoming School Year

Registration for the upcoming school year will take place in January. The registration process involves completing an online application form and paying the registration fee. When we open community registration in January, families who are unable to secure a spot will be placed on a wait list.

School Tours

To prepare for January registration, we conduct tours in December. These tours provide prospective families with an opportunity to visit our campus, meet our staff, and learn more about our programs and facilities. We believe that seeing the school firsthand can help families make an informed decision about their child’s education.

Tour Schedule & Signup

Our website will post the signup for December tours in November. Families interested in touring the school should sign up early, as tour spots are limited and tend to fill up quickly.

The registration fee is nonrefundable and equal to one month’s tuition. Tuition is due on the first class day of each month and is late if received after the 10th of the month. A $10 late fee is required and a $35 charge is required for returned checks.

Inclement Weather Policy

The Preschool will close when Wake County Schools close.  Tune in to widely used radio or television stations for information.
When Wake County Schools open on any delay, the Preschool will always open at 10:00am.

If threatening weather begins after Preschool opens, please return as soon as possible for your child.

The director can excuse up to three days missed due to inclement weather. After 3 missed days, the director will schedule make-up days.
