Trinity 101 — Beginning October 5
Join us for our Fall session of Trinity 101, beginning October 5 at 9:45 a.m. and continuing on the 12th and 19th. These three sessions will cover:
- Baptist History and our place within it
- Trinity’s Core Values, Structure, and Ministries
We’ll conclude with a Trinity Tour on Sunday evening, October 19. Sessions will meet in the Multipurpose Room, Building E (next to the Gym).
Trinity 101 is for visitors, new attendees, and long-time members alike—anyone who wants to learn more about how Trinity lives out its mission and ministry. Maximum 50 participants, so register soon through the Member Portal or by calling the church office.

Deacons of the Week
September 14 — Betsy Thompson
Member since 2017, Betsy is a retired RN Case Manager (UNC/Rex Healthcare) and serves as deacon for the Ruth Covenant Class alongside Louise Estes. She also serves on the Media (Library) Committee, Bereavement Committee, ROC Volunteer Team, Vacation Bible School, and Kitchen Committee.
September 21 — Logan Hall
Member since 2008, Logan serves as deacon for Adult 6 Coed 3 with Summer Wright. He also serves as a D-Team Leader, RBA Basketball Coach, Audit Committee Member, and Sunday School Teacher. Professionally, Logan is a Portfolio Strategy Analyst at First Citizens Bank.

Music Ministry
Calling All Singing Men — TBC Men’s Chorus Begins Sept 24!
Rehearsals will be Wednesdays, 6:30–7:20 p.m. (Sept 24–Oct 22) in the Choir Room. Join this lively and encouraging group for music, fellowship, and fun!
Children’s Ministry
Learning to Be a Lifelong Follower of Jesus — Begins Oct 12 (4th–5th Grade)
This 3‑week class helps kids discover what it means to follow Jesus—how He changes our hearts, how we serve our church family, and what it means to be Baptist. Sessions meet Oct 12, 19, and 26 during Sunday School (limit 12 kids). Sign‑ups coming soon.
Kids’ Service Day — Food Bank of Central & Eastern NC (Nov 8)
Join us Nov 8, 12:30–3:30 p.m. to sort and pack food at the Raleigh Food Bank. Ages 5+ welcome; event is free, but space is limited.

Discipleship
Holy Conversations on Grief — Sundays at 4:00 p.m.
Led by Rev. Johnny Richards (A212). This supportive class provides a compassionate space for those experiencing loss, offering reflection, shared stories, and biblical hope.
Faith Under Fire: A Study of Daniel — Tuesdays at 6:30 p.m.
Led by Dr. Jeff & Robin Roberts, this 14‑week study explores God’s power, prophecy, and prayer. Workbooks available in the Narthex or church office.

- Holy Conversations with Our Women: The Way of Wisdom (Proverbs), led by Susan Burnette & Valerie York, begins Sept 17 at 9:30 a.m.

Feed the Hunger — Thank You!
Thank you to the 145 volunteers who helped pack 32,184 meals and raise funds for 50 Bibles. Mark your calendar for the 10th anniversary Feed the Hunger event in 2026!

Dental Bus — Raleigh Rescue Mission (Sept 27)
Join our second 2025 Dental Bus event to provide free dental care and compassion in Jesus’s name. Donation items:toothpaste, deodorant, lotion, razors, toys, and small hygiene products. Contact Beth Davis for details.
Oak City Cares — October 5
TBC Cares will serve lunch to 250+ guests at Oak City Cares. Volunteers are needed for meal service and clothing distribution. Financial gifts also welcome (memo: TBC Cares/Oak City Cares). Contact Brenda Lowrance to help.

V.I.B.E. Survey — Open Sept 18–Oct 5
A new ministry for active adults in or near retirement! Survey links will be emailed to Adult 4 & 3 classes and available in the Narthex. Paper copies also available. Contact Dr. Randy McKinney for details.
Community Shredding Event — Sept 20, 9 a.m.–Noon
Safely dispose of sensitive documents (tax forms, financial records, etc.) in this free drive‑thru service. Sponsored by Senior Adult Ministry and PROSHRED.
Mike’s Farm Trip — Oct 17, 12:30–9:00 p.m.
Visit Beulaville, NC for a day of shopping, sightseeing, and a 4:00 p.m. family‑style dinner. Sign up in B200 Hall (begins Sept 21).

NH5K Thank You!
