Welcome to Trinity!

I am so glad you have chosen to visit our church’s website. Trinity Baptist Church is a vibrant and growing family of faith. Our church was formed in 1956 by a small group of Christians in what would someday become the North Hills area of Raleigh. During our history God has blessed us beyond measure, and we have had the opportunity to welcome thousands of people into our fellowship. Now we sense God is doing something new in our church.

As the North Hills area of Raleigh is experiencing transformation so our church is transforming into the community of faith that can continue to be a place of community and service to North Hills (Midtown), North Raleigh, the Triangle, and the World.

Trinity is an intergenerational congregation that values worship, fellowship, spiritual formation, ministry, and missions. At Trinity you will find a warm welcome and an authentic concern for you and for others. If you are looking for a church where you can discover God’s presence, grow in your faith and discover ways you can make a difference in our world then I invite you to join us. Join us as we Join Hands with God.

God Bless,
Dr. Jeff Roberts

JOINING HANDS WITH GOD

Belong – Become – Be

Trinity Baptist Church is a family of baptized believers joining hands with God-belonging,
becoming and being-by proclaiming and living the Gospel of Jesus Christ.

We welcome you to…

Belong in meaningful connection with the community of faith.

Become purposefully engaged with the family of faith: following the way of
Jesus through baptism, sharing life together and serving others.

Be a lifelong disciple of Jesus, growing in relationship with God,
joining God’s mission of love for the world.

Good Friday is a day for all of us to draw nearer to our God. In His Incarnation, He chose to draw nearer to us in our humanity. In His Crucifixion, he chose to take on our sin. And in our prayer and devotion to him today, let us draw nearer to him in our gratitude for sacrifice and eternal mercy.

Our Sanctuary is open until 4:00p.m. today for prayer and walking the Scriptural Stations of the Cross.
